Fyndeet (“we”, “our”, “us”) runs a marketplace where buyers post what they need, including the job description, budget, and timeline. Sellers in the right category and location can send offers. We connect buyers and sellers, but we do not perform the services or act as a party to any agreement between users.
By creating an account or using Fyndeet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue using Fyndeet after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fyndeet. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. Each person may only have one account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Buyers create posts describing what they need. Sellers can browse posts that match their categories and location, then submit responses. Buyers review the offers, including price, timeline, and reviews, and choose who to work with. All of this happens on Fyndeet. We sort and display responses based on relevance and reputation.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you give us permission to use, display, and share that content as part of running Fyndeet. Our brand, design, and technology belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
We provide the platform, but we are not part of your agreements. Any dispute between buyers and sellers is between those users. We may offer tools to help resolve issues, but we are not required to get involved. You agree not to hold us responsible for claims that arise from your interactions with other users.
Fyndeet is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the platform will meet your expectations, or that any user’s work will be satisfactory. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, that result from your use of Fyndeet or from transactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms or for other reasons at our discretion. You may close your account at any time. Ending an account does not affect rights or obligations that came before the termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled by the Nigerian courts.
